Internet Gambling Bill find positive support by several members of Congress

Repr. B. Frank and Repr. R. Paul proposed a new House bill that would stop the enforcement of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) . The bill, H.R. 5756, take aim at U.S. government in order to stop any more actions on imposing Credit Card and financial institutions to prevent money transaction for Online Gambling. This bill has now been moved to the House Committee on Financial Services and is finding positive backing by several members. Associates from the American Bankers Association and others testified in front of Congress and presented evidence that it's not realistic to successfully enforce UIGEA and similar regulations, that either way will not prevent Americans from using the Internet to bet and gamble.
