From 1st March 2007 the Intrade Hours of Operation and Member Support Hours are as follows: 1.The Intrade exchange will be open seven days per week, and shall close daily for normally 1 hour from 2:00am ET (7:00am GMT) to 3:00am (8:00am GMT). 2.e-mail support to help@intrade.com is provided twenty four hours per day, seven days per week. Our member response target is to reply in the first instance within 60 minutes of receipt. 3.Live Chat support is also normally provided twenty four hours per day, seven days per week but there will be times when Live Chat will not be available.
